Here's a nice little project which Philip Stanton just created for the Fundació TMB . He was commisioned to create a small painting reperesenting a few emblematic buses in Barcelona's fleet of antique vehicles, to be given to Mr. Mario Armengol, honoring his lifetime of service at the Barcelona Metropolitan Transport Agency, and the care he has given to their collection of antique buses over the years. The painting was a surprise given to Mario during the course of an event that the foundation organized in Barcelona's magnificent Liceu Opera house . Attendees included Valentí Oviedo, General Director of the Liceu, Helena Roca, the Sponsorship, Patronage and Events Director of the Liceu, Rosa Alarcón, President of TMB and Gerardo Lertxundi, CEO of TMB .
