Philip Stanton recently completed a new painting inspired by Gaudí’s iconic Sagrada Família . Measuring 80x80 cm and created in acrylic on stretched canvas, the work captures the intricate forms and vibrant spirit of the famous Barcelona landmark. Images of both the creative process and the final painting reveal Stanton’s distinctive approach, blending bold colors and playful details to bring the architecture to life. 

Alongside other pieces on view at En Línea Barcelona, several paintings from Philip Stanton’s History Book Series (1997) are also featured. These mixed media works reinterpret figures inspired by Italian masters such as Masolino and Masaccio through Stanton’s bold, contemporary style.
